Project Number: 2021-1-DE02-KA220-ADU-000033498
Project Overview
The ITbyCultureArt Project's main goal was to generate a series of educational instruments (toolkit) helpful to realize three specific project results expendable on the European cultural tourism market, through a program that also included activities of mobility and formation abroad for the partner operators.
The activity schedule was managed in a Pan-European strategic partnership, formed by organizations with expertise in the branches of valorization and promotion of the cultural patrimony, and was followed by a complex process that lasted in all 24 months.
Partners
The partnership aims to develop and share the good practices gained by the organizations to create a method of collective work. All the partner organizations are well known and appreciated in their territories for their activities.

LTT in Eskişehir
Successful time of the LTT meeting in Eskisehir of the KA2 project ITbyCultureArt, where one of the main aims was the development of educational toolkits capable of initiating the training of new figures mediating the European cultural heritage. The project team’s task involved the collaboration of researchers, educators, designers, artists, and technicians to forge an innovative method of shared work. This joint effort culminated in a productive exchange of ideas and methodologies, fostering an enriching environment for all participants. The synergy among diverse professionals not only advanced the project’s goals but also set a precedent for future collaborative endeavors in cultural heritage education.
Project Results
The main results the project aimed to achieve included five key outcomes: the implementation of a training method, increased knowledge of cultural heritage, enhanced access to European cultural heritage through a digital platform, improved access to European cultural heritage through digital technologies, and the transfer of educational methods.
The project found its rightful place within a series of European initiatives that interlocked with each other, allowing this endeavor to be the successful culmination of a developmental route that began years earlier. This sequence of events produced a level of validity and impact that is difficult to achieve in other contexts or proposals.
P1- Theatrical Performances
A series of theatrically guided tours featured actors in historical costumes narrating the major historical and artistic sites of the European cities involved. These interactive tours, enriched with dynamic storytelling, provided a unique educational insight into the cities' cultural heritage. All related scripts and illustrations were made available here:
P2 - Digital Platform - Google App Suite Drive Platform
A Digital Platform was developed to host research material produced within the project, aimed at enhancing the user experience both before and after the events. A Shared Database was also created on the Google Drive App suite, specifically using GoogleDrive P2, to facilitate easy access and collaboration on these resources: GoogleDrive P2
P3 - Experiential Augmented Reality app
App for mobile devices, linked to an analog map/game, allows users to:
• Experience contents created in real-time, including 360-degree images.
• Guide users through the discovery of the imagined path with video animations. You can download the app from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store at the following links:
